While both options highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, the express order is our clients' favorite, ideal for sales analysis, financial reporting, financial evaluation, and fast delivery. Additionally, the advanced option is designed for more complex data. Below is the timeline for each option.

*Data Update: refers to situations where you want to update the visualization of the same data submitted before, but with new records added (a variation of +/-1 variable is acceptable).
For the Express Order, you may need to email us the visualization file we created for you, along with the new data. This is because both the data and visualization are deleted from our end after 30 days, to ensure the protection of your data.
For the Advanced Order, this process will be outlined in the agreement.

Express Order Price: Only $349.00 per visualization, regardless of the number of graphs or variables used, as long as it meets the Express Order terms.
Advanced Order Price: Quoted price is provided after consultation and data review. The quoted price depends on multiple factors such as project complexity, data volume, and data transformation.

How to Run and View your Visualizations File?
We build your visualizations on the Tableau platform and provide you 2 options to run and use your visualizations.
Local File (Available for: Express and Advanced): Run your visualizations directly on your computer with no need for an internet connection. This option is secure, free (no license), and requires only a simple one-time installation process that’s as easy as 1-2-3, we’ll personally help you set it up. It’s our preferred choice for its simplicity and cost-effectiveness.
Online File (Available for: Advanced): Access your visualizations online, which may require licensing costs and a prior understanding of the platform. This option is ideal for users needing a collaborative or cloud-based solution.
*Local File is the default option for both Express and Advanced. For Advanced, it applies unless specified otherwise by the client during the consultation.
