Q1: How do I install and run the visualization?
For the Express Order: Once your order is submitted, reviewed, and payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with the installation steps along with your confirmation email, or you can visit this link (click here).
For the Advanced Order: We provide installation support via a consultation call, in addition to sending you the installation steps in your confirmation email.
Q2: I'm struggling to install the visualization reader, what should I do?
Simply email us, and we will assist you with the installation process.
Q3: How do I open the visualization?
Just open the visualization file we provided, and it should automatically launch on your computer, after installing the Tableau Reader.
Q4: How do I navigate through the visualization?
While it’s straightforward to use, we’ve provided a tutorial to help you explore your visualization. Click the link below or refer to the link included in your confirmation email.
Q5: What is included in a revision? and how do I request one?
Revisions include minor to moderate reprogramming, design changes, or the addition of extra measures, filter and parameters.
The Advanced Order includes 2 free revisions.
The Express Order allows revisions at a minor additional cost.
To request revision, simply email us by replying to your confirmation email or use the link provided below.
Q6: I started an order and want to cancel it. What are my options?
Cancelling an Express Order:
Before payment is made: Email us at orders@helloviz.com to cancel, and you’ll receive a confirmation of cancellation.
After payment is made: Partial refunds are available depending on the progress of the visualization development.
Cancelling an Advanced Order:
Before Consultation: Email us at orders@helloviz.com to cancel, and you’ll receive a confirmation of cancellation.
After Consultation, and before payment is made: If you decide not to proceed after the consultation, you are responsible for the $100 consultation fee. Note: The consultation is free for those who decide to move forward with the order.
After Consultation, and after payment is made: Cancellation terms are outlined in your agreement. Refer to the "Cancellation and Refund" section for details.
