To run the visualization locally, you’ll need an application called Tableau Reader. (It’s similar to how you need Adobe Reader to open PDF files) Tableau Reader allows you to view, interact, and use your visualizations.
If you already have Tableau Reader installed, you can close this page. This process is only needed for first-time installation and only needs to be done once. Otherwise, Follow the 3 steps below to install it.
Download the appropriate version of Tableau for your operating system by clicking the download button.
Alternatively, you can also download the files directly from the Tableau website.
Open the downloaded file.
Double-click the Tableau Reader icon.
Continue the installation by clicking the "Continue" button.
Click "Agree" to accept the terms and conditions.
Proceed with the installation until it is complete.
Close the installation window.
On your desktop, right-click the Tableau Reader drive and select "Eject" (Mac users).

Simply locate the visualization file we’ve built for you and open it. It should automatically launch in Tableau Reader. If it doesn't open, right-click the file, select "Open with," and choose Tableau Reader.
You will be prompted with an activation window that only needs to be completed once. Follow these steps:
Enter the first and last name of the main person who will be using this.
Provide the organization name (this should match the business name or the organization you submitted with your order).
Use the same email address that you used to place the order.
Select the country and state where your business/organization is located.
Specify the company size, focusing on the number of employees in managerial roles (not labor positions).
Click Register
You’re all set! Whenever you open your visualization, simply click the Presentation icon to easily interact with graphs, filters and parameters to analyze your data.
Note: Alternatively, you can access the visualization through Tableau Viewer or Tableau Cloud, but this would require purchasing an annual license. If you're interested in this option, let us know during your consultation [exclusive to Advanced Order].
